During my recent city break at Alexandra Motor Lodge in New Zealand, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere created by our hosts, John and Maria Affleck. The refurbished ground floor unit was spacious, providing a fantastic base for our exploration of Central Otago, with convenient parking right at the door. I appreciated the full cooking facilities, which made our evenings together feel like home - perfect after long days of touring the nearby historic sites and enjoying the stunning landscape. The kids had a blast with the trampoline and the outdoor BBQ area, where we crafted some hearty meals together. As a photographer, I found the location ideal; This cozy lodge is indeed a gem worth revisiting, especially for those seeking a family-friendly getaway filled with adventure.
